Business Associate Agreement

OpticClose executes a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement with every covered entity on the platform. The BAA covers permitted uses and disclosures of PHI, safeguards, breach notification (within 60 days of discovery), subcontractor flow-down, and termination obligations.
