OpticClose ("we", "us") is a HIPAA-aligned multi-tenant platform operated by Eyecare Revenue Accelerator. We collect only the data needed to run your practice: account information, patient records you import, and operational telemetry. PHI is stored encrypted at rest and in transit, isolated by tenant, and never sold or shared with advertisers. You may request deletion of your tenant data at any time by contacting privacy@opticclose.com. Full policy available on request.
