Terms of Service

By using OpticClose you agree to operate within HIPAA and applicable state regulations, maintain reasonable security on accounts you own, and refrain from reverse-engineering or reselling the platform without an executed partnership agreement. Service is provided on a subscription basis billed monthly. Either party may terminate with 30 days notice. Eyecare Revenue Accelerator's liability is capped at fees paid in the trailing 12 months.
